If you spend as much time in Microsoft 365 Apps (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as I do, then you are probably always happy to learn new tricks. I have been using the Format Painter option for years, and while having to grab the mouse to find the paintbrush icon in the ribbon toolbar is a hassle, it is still a great time saver.
As I was working on a document this evening I noticed a helpful pop-up notification in Word:
Someone at Microsoft must have heard me! They have created a keyboard shortcut for the Format Painter… Ctrl+Alt-C to copy and Ctrl+Alt-V to paste. Thank you Microsoft!
