The Twelve Networking Truths

As the weekend approaches, I am looking forward to breaking for a couple of days. I have not posted in a while, and I thought I would share this with you.

If you are not familiar, RFC stands for Request For Comments, and is usually the definitive rules for a particular technology. Those of us in the industry usually see them as very dry and technical documents that we occasionally reference and seldom read, but we are aware of them nonetheless.

While most of these are dry and technical, occasionally the writers have (or had) a sense of humour. In 1996 RFC 1925 was submitted and accepted by the Internet Engineering Task Force outlining The Twelve Networking Truths. Check it out here, and have a great weekend!
