I stopped into the Microsoft Store today in Yorkdale. I overheard a customer talking about a Surface Pro, worried that he would not be able to run a legacy Windows XP app that he needs.

I love talking Hyper-V because it is truly the best hypervisor on the market, but I am usually discussing it on the Server side. I was thrilled to be able to help a customer solve a CLIENT -side issue with Hyper-V in this case!

The customer was thrilled, and as he walked away with his new Surface Pro the sales agent and I discussed how Windows 8 really is the greatest OS available… Especially if you want to use a different OS 😉
